The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChopQ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHOPQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

ChopQ is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by merchants, the accuracy of merchant listings, or the ability of merchants to fulfill orders.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ChopQ harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
